Business Development Representative (BDR) – Lead Generation

Job Description

Key responsibilities include:

  • Research and qualify potential clients based on ICP (Industry, Size, Budget, Need).

  • Generate leads through LinkedIn, cold emails, inbound channels, and networking.

  • Reach out via email/phone to identify needs and qualify opportunities.

  • Schedule meetings with decision-makers.

  • Maintain accurate and complete customer information in CRM (Odoo/HubSpot).

  • Achieve KPIs: number of qualified leads, number of meetings booked.

Output: Deliver “Qualified Meetings” and hand over to Account Executive (AE).

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or currently pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or related fields.

  • Strong communication and persuasion skills via email and phone (Required).

  • Ability to research and analyze target prospects.

  • Self-motivated, resilient, and proactive.

  • Prior experience in Sales/Lead Generation is a plus.

  • Good English proficiency is an advantage.
