Account Executive (AE) – Deal Closing

Job Description


Key responsibilities include:

  • Receive leads from BDR and conduct research before client meetings.

  • Deliver product demos and provide tailored solution consultations.

  • Prepare proposals and pricing packages.

  • Negotiate contract terms, close deals, and finalize agreements.

  • Achieve KPIs: deal closing rate, monthly/quarterly revenue targets.

Output: Deliver “Signed Contracts” and hand over to Customer Success/Implementation team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or IT (ERP/Website/Marketing knowledge is a plus).

  • Excellent presentation, negotiation, and deal-closing skills.

  • Strong ability to assess client needs and recommend solutions.

  • Results-oriented with the ability to work under revenue pressure.

  • Prior experience in B2B Sales, Account Executive, or similar roles preferred.

  • Good command of English (speaking & writing).
