Account Executive (AE) – Deal Closing
Job Description
Key responsibilities include:

Receive leads from BDR and conduct research before client meetings.

Deliver product demos and provide tailored solution consultations.

Prepare proposals and pricing packages.
-
Negotiate contract terms, close deals, and finalize agreements.
-
Achieve KPIs: deal closing rate, monthly/quarterly revenue targets.
Output: Deliver “Signed Contracts” and hand over to Customer Success/Implementation team.
Requirements
-
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or IT (ERP/Website/Marketing knowledge is a plus).

Excellent presentation, negotiation, and deal-closing skills.

Strong ability to assess client needs and recommend solutions.

Results-oriented with the ability to work under revenue pressure.

Prior experience in B2B Sales, Account Executive, or similar roles preferred.

Good command of English (speaking & writing).
