Account Manager (AM)
Job Description
Key responsibilities include:

Lead client onboarding after contract signing (kick-off projects).

Coordinate with ERP/Website implementation teams to ensure project delivery.

Manage customer relationships, address issues, and provide ongoing support.

Schedule regular status update meetings with clients.
-
Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities (SEO, maintenance, ERP modules).
-
Achieve KPIs: client retention rate, customer satisfaction, upsell revenue.
Output: Maintain “Satisfied Clients” – long-term partnerships and client referrals.
Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, IT, or related fields.

Minimum 3 years of experience as an Account Manager/Customer Success Manager or similar role in B2B, SaaS, ERP, or Website industries.

Strong client relationship management, communication, and negotiation skills.

Solid project management abilities, with the capability to coordinate across multiple teams and resolve issues effectively.

Customer-centric mindset with a focus on long-term satisfaction and loyalty.
-
Proficient in English for both verbal and written communication.
